Location: Del Mar, CA
Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM start; 40-hour work week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and trust administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex cases with precision and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and e-file legal documents related to probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
  • Draft and record real property documents.
  • Assist attorneys with trust and estate administration, including asset marshaling, accountings, and distributions.
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel.
  • Maintain accurate case files and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience in trusts and estates.
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate or attestation required.
  • Proficiency in e-filing and handling real property documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of probate, estate planning, and trust administration processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
